Average delivery time from order placement to delivery within the UK is 5-6 days. Other shipping zones - please follow the tracking numbers provided but generally within 14 days.

Why is there such a difference?

Our Signature items are pre-made in the UK. Everything else is made to order (not made to measure) in our partner workroom in China Mainland. Yes, we manufacture in two locations. And yes, we take as much care and responsibility in making sure every dress is handcrafted up to a  high standard of quality.

Delivery delays

Delivery delays caused by incomplete/incorrect address or logistics companies or any other reasons but Zalinah White:

• It is important your address is correct inclusive of your contact number 
• Delivery delays that do not depend on us and/or caused by the pandemic will NOT be considered for automatic refund unless you received and returned the dress following the standard returns procedure here.
• Please follow the tracking number provided in your order and communicate with the courier to arrange delivery time if you’re going to be out.

Customs Duties 

Customs fees and duties are NOT included in product price. Therefore, please check if you need to pay any duty fees in your country. 

We offer worldwide shipping.
Please remember every item is made to order so allow 48 hours from the date of purchase to arrange delivery pick up from the warehouse.

Returns 

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 90 days to return your item from the day you purchased it.

How long do returns take?
Once received, returns will be dealt with within 3-5 business days, though we always aim to do this faster. Any money that needs to be refunded should be received in your account shortly after, but how long this takes will depend on your bank.
