One of our ethical manufacturing partners in North London which helps us keep all operational processes in one place and maintain a close relationship with the partner. We like it long-term and reliable. Not only this empowers the manufacturer to get closely acquainted with the construction of the garment and know the making process in and out but facilitates a more accurate quality control over the entire process and helps us deliver a fully tested product with a high-quality finish within the shortest time frame.   
All Our Raw Materials Are Consciously Outsourced In:
We are committed to keeping our brand authentically British. And we are proud to say that we ethically source the highest quality fabrics and haberdashery from carefully selected local warehouses and private sellers where possible. What this means to you is when you buy from us,  you help sustain a handful of small UK based businesses and support development of the UK economy. 
OUR DELIVERY FEES:
Within the UK
We offer FREE UK shipping using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed or DHL services.
Outside the UK
Shipping is £4 Tracked (and Signed, where possible) using Royal Mail or DHL services. A tracking number is provided once the item is marked as 'shipped'. Once the parcel leaves the UK, you might need to check with your local logistics company to follow the route of your package. 
ITEMS PROCESSING DATES:
All Our Items Are Picked and Shipped Within:
One business day from our warehouse based in the heart of London. 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
How long do I have to return/exchange an item? 
We operate a 28 days returns and exchanges policy provided the items are returned in the original condition. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund for items showing signs of wear or damaged by customer. 
How do I start a return? 
Email us on info@zalinahwhite.com to receive a FREE returns label. Print and attach it to your parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office. International customers receive a DHL label which also needs to be attached to the parcel and taken to the nearest DHL point. 
How long do returns take?
Once received, returns will be dealt with within 3-5 business days, though we always aim to do this faster. 
DAMAGED AND WORN ITEMS: 
Damaged Items: 
You can complain about an item damaged in post or during manufacturing process, about missing components or items within 5 working days. We will immediately send a replacement where one is available or provide an alternative solution to your query. 
Worn items: 
Under no circumstances we accept items that have been worn and utilised by customer. It is important you take good care when trying on the garments to avoid make up stains, perfume scents or other types of damage to the garment. Kindly keep the garment if you intend to wear it and avoid sending back items that have been worn once as those will not be accepted and no refund will be offered.
