1. Order Processing Times 

  • All orders are created to order within 2-14 days after order placement. This means our order processing time vary between 2-14 days. 

2. Shipping costs & Tracking Details 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location. 

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

*Orders submitted during holiday promotions may experience minor processing delays and are not guaranteed to ship the same day.  

3. Customs & Duties

  • As of 29 August 2025, most packages delivered to the US will be subject to tariffs. Tariffs are taxes applied by a country's government on imported goods. How these tariffs are paid depends on the delivery method the seller uses.

    Please note that any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes are set by the destination country’s government and may vary. These charges are outside of our control and have been changing frequently in recent months.

    In the interest of transparency, we have chosen not to hide these fees within our product prices. Instead, the buyer is responsible for paying any duties, tariffs, or associated fees directly to the delivery company upon receipt of the order.

  • We cover applicable customs duties on international orders. Please note that import VAT or local handling fees may still apply depending on your country’s regulations and are payable on delivery.

4. General Shipping Notice

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday—regardless of the shipping method selected—will be processed on the next working business day. This also applies to public holidays falling on a Friday or Monday.

Deliveries to APO addresses may experience extended transit times due to carrier limitations.

For smooth delivery, we recommend using a physical address where possible. Certain packages—depending on size or weight—may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes. Should any issues arise with delivering to your provided address, we’ll contact you promptly to resolve the matter.

While we take great care to ensure timely delivery, Zalinah White is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen service interruptions.
