HOW TO MAKE A HAT SMALLER
Follow these simple steps for a secure, non-damaging fit adjustment:

Try the hat on first
Identify where the hat feels loose (commonly the front, back, or sides). -
Lift the internal sweatband
Gently pull back the inner sweatband to expose the inner crown. -
Peel off the adhesive backing
Remove the protective strip from the foam resizer. -
Position the foam strip
Place one or more strips underneath the sweatband, sticking them directly to the inner crown — not the visible outer fabric. -
Press firmly
Ensure the strip is securely attached and lies flat. -
Fold the sweatband back into place
The foam will be hidden and cushioned against the head for comfort. -
Test the fit
Add or reposition strips as needed until the desired fit is achieved.
💡 Tip: For best results, use multiple smaller strips rather than one large piece, allowing for finer adjustment.
