To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- Print and attach your returns label to the package and drop it off at our nearest drop-of point
UK vs International Returns
UK returns: You should receive your returns label in a separate email. Print and attach the label to the package and drop it off at your local drop-off point.
International returns: We are currently working on enabling automated returns labels to cover worldwide returns. While we achieve that goal, please email email@example.com to request a returns label as some areas of the world are not currently covered by the returns system.
My return not accepted by the system. Why?
Guest orders (those made without creating an accont with us) are not supported by the system.
Are there any charges for return?
- The processing fee is 10.00 GBP for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 28 days of purchase.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
