Does bespoke fit my budget?
Bespoke doesn’t have to mean extravagant — it means personal. Each piece is priced individually, taking into account the materials you choose, the complexity of your design, the time required to create a custom pattern, any fittings (in person or virtual), and the expert craftsmanship of our head tailor.
If you’re dreaming of something simple and elegant in a cost-effective fabric, your investment will naturally be lower than that of a gown crafted from rare natural fibres, adorned with couture-level haberdashery, or requiring meticulous detailing.
We’ll always work with you to design something beautiful — and honest to your vision and your budget.

Returns Know How
PERIOD
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after purchasing your item to request a return but no later than 30 days after receipt of your item. This is because we have many international clients who face the challenge of having to wait for customs clearance which may prolong receipt of their package.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original undamaged packaging, unworn, unused, with original tags, ties, no signs of perfume and/or body odour or any marks. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If items are returned in a condition different from when you received them, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full refund.
EXCEPTIONS
We do not accept returns on clearance items, sample sale items, or refurbished items or gift cards. We can, where possible, consider an exchange with the postage fee payable by the buyer.
Made to order- if an item has been made to order or personalised, you won't be able to return it. This applies to all altered/personalised items and items in the Atelier collection as those are made to order, too. Please check your product description which will state if your item is non-returnable, from the Atelier range, or have a link to a page where you can find more information.

To exchange an item, proceed with a regular Returns Procedure here and tick the 'Exchange' button instead of the return.

How long have you been going for?
Our small independent studio was established in December 2017 in Essex. Since then, we have remained true to designing in London, kept part of our manufacturing in London, too.

90 days to return or exchange
We know international shipping and customs can be time-consuming. So we decided to remove the pressure of having to rush to return the item in a short period of time. No pressure. Please refer to our store policy for full details before purchasing

Each new unit of our delivery partner's fleet reduces CO2 emissions by more than 80% when compared to a Euro 6 diesel vehicle – a reduction of 150 tonnes of CO2 per vehicle and 24,000+ tonnes of CO2 across the entire Bio CNG fleet annually.
Waste to Product - We Upcycle Offcuts
We partnered with two more UK-based businesses who help us upcycle our fabric offcuts. Essex-based Harlequin make our chuky belts. While Kapdaa Offcuts helps us make our fabric-covered notebooks. This way, we convert what otherwise would have gone to landfill, to new products you can enjoy.
